What classical arcade game can you find on the picture?
Space Invaders.
The arcade game created by Tomohiro Nishikado in 1978 was one of the first shooter games and became a pioneer to the “shoot ’em up” genre, and one of the most influential games of all time.
While originally developed for Atari, Space Invaders would be later adapted to multiple platforms including MSX, NES, and some years later, to mobile devices.

To make it worse, the organ would be regenerated everyday so that the bird could continue causing Prometheus’ infinite cycle of agony.
Who assassinated Franz Ferdinand in 1914?
Gavrilo Princip.
On the picture we can observe Gabrilo Princip, the Bosnian Serb student who assassinated the Achduke of the Austro-Hungarian Empire during his visit in Sarajevo, ultimately triggering the World War I in 1914.
Princip was a member of a Serbian political Secret Society (The Black Hand) that defended the creation of Yugoslavia, which could only be possible after the dissolution of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

The writer born in Bombay, India in 1947 is best known for his particular style frequently mixing historical fiction with magical realism.
The author became a target for threats and multiple assassination attempts after releasing his best known work Satanic Verses (1988), mostly conducted by religious-motivated extremists. The situation got even more serious when the Supreme Leader of Iran at the date Ayatollah Khomeini issued a fatwa offering 3 million dollars to whoever killed Rushdie.
Who was the German priest and central figure of Protestantism in the XVI century?
Martin Luther.
A former Augustinian friar, Martin Luther deeply criticized several aspects of the Roman Catholic Church, mainly claiming that salvation could be achieved by faith in God alone (as opposed to the sacerdotalism accepted at the time), undermining the role of the church. He also published the famous 95 thesis which focused on a practice that Luther saw as a clear abuse of the clerical power – indulgences (a certification which supposedly improved the after-life).
His views on the Church eventually lead to his excommunicatin by Pope Leo X after he refused to renounce all his previous claims in the Diet of Worms in 1521. Luther, however, had already triggered a wave of religious suspicion and questioning, leading to the rise of Protestantism and many branches within (such Lutheranism (his own followers), Calvinism or Anglicanism).
